On Saturday, April 24, local taekwondo members from Flin Flon, Cranberry Portage and Denare Beach attended the 34th Can-Am Games at the Investors Athletic Center at the University of Manitoba. Over 400 athletes from Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Minnesota participated in both Poomse (patterns) and Gyurookii (sparring) competition.
