The sky was threatening rain, but May 18 turned out to be a great night for golf. There were 48 ladies out for our first Ladies Night. First flight winners were S. Murray, J. Spiller, J. Freeborn, K. and B. Murray with a 36. Second flight was won by I. Johnston, Y. Davis, K. Hanson and L. Bryson with 43. Third flight winners were P. Morrissette, P. Bloxom, F. Playford 46. Winner of the gift certificate was L. Hinzman. Prizes will not be kept from week to week, you must be in attendance. May 20 was too cold for Mingle, too much frost on the greens. Next Ladies Night May 25, Mingle on May 27, clubhouse 8:30 a.m. Keep May 30 in mind for the ladies opening day tournament starting at 10:00 a.m. Please phone the Pro Shop at 688-5555 and book your tee times.
