Kelly Carrington Staff Writer Athletes have come together to form the new senior boys basketball team at Creighton Community School. 'This season started off not knowing what I would have for players,' said coach Ian Clark. The team is made up of younger athletes this year and has encountered a few challenges. 'This year, we struggled at the start (but we are really) coming into our own,' said Clark. '...we've been playing good basketball.' Over the course of the season, the Kodiaks have hosted and traveled to various tournaments. 'The last few tournaments, we've improved immensely,' Clark said. The team is now gearing up for Conferences and Regionals. 'We have to stay positive, work hard in practice, and learn to trust,' Clark said. 'We need to trust each other in the game. 'We need to work as a unit and play our best basketball. And we've already started to do that.'
