The La Ronge Ice Wolves have one final chance to win the title this season as they are set to compete for the RBC Cup. The Ice Wolves recently lost out in the ANAVET Cup to the Dauphin Kings. Along with La Ronge (SJHL), and host Dauphin (MJHL), the five-team tournament will host the Vernon Vipers (BCJHL) and the CJHL's Oakville Blades and Brockville Braves. The RBC Cup tournament is scheduled to start on Saturday, May 1 with the Ice Wolves taking on the Oakville Blades in their first game. Teams will play a round-robin tournament before the semifinals start, on May 8, and the finals on May 9.
