This past week was School Sports Week across Canada, and Hapnot's athletics council and physical education department held different events during the noon hours to promote participation in physical activity. A variety of events took place in the gymnasium, including basketball, hockey, table tennis, dodge ball and a dance-off. Hapnot Collegiate has many dedicated coaches who are committed to the athletics program in the school, and many are community members who were once Hapnot athletes, giving something back to the program.
