Hapnot Collegiate will host the Zone 11 Basketball Championships this weekend, battling teams from Thompson and The Pas for the banner. RDPC from Thompson and MBCI from The Pas will be looking to join Flin Flon at the Manitoba 'AAA' Provincial Championships that Hapnot will host March 18-20. Hapnot girls will open the tournament against RD Parker at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, with the boys teams of the same schools to follow at 7:30 p.m. On Saturday, Thompson will play The Pas, with the girls meeting at 9 a.m. and the boys at 11:00. The Hapnot teams will close the tournament with games against MBCI. The girls will play at 1 p.m. while the guys will tip off at 3 p.m. to close the tournament. All games will be played at Hapnot Collegiate.
