Celine Leclair, Caitlyn Davidson, Joey Rideout, Austin Whitford, Dylan Grove, Delaney McIntyre and Mikayla Gawiak received the top honours at Hapnot Collegiate's Athletic Awards Banquet. Named as the Sports Women and Men of the Year as well as the JV Sports Women and Man of the Year, the seven students were presented with a plaque and their names engraved on a trophy. The students were chosen for the awards based on their athletic ability and participation in sports as well as their academic standings. Hapnot held their annual banquet last Wednesday evening and presented a number of students with awards. With a theme of Star Wars, coaches were called to the stage Ð with a theme name Ð to present certifications with their sport. Roughly 150 people were in the school gymnasium to watch as fellow students, peers, siblings and children earned their awards.
