In the Bantam Division Final on Tuesday night, the Sabres defeated the CanAqua Leafs 11-7 to win the league. The game was close through 40 minutes of play, with the Sabres leading 6-5. In the third period, they broke it open to jump ahead 11-5. The Leafs scored a couple nice goals near the end of the period, but it was too little too late. The Bantam league awards were also handed out at the Whitney Forum on Tuesday.
