The Creighton senior boys volleyball team had an excellent year. "The team played a lot and learned a lot," said coach Rick Hall. "We played in Saskatchewan tournaments in Creighton, Davidson, Annaheim, and Kinistino." Hall said that his team found volleyball in Saskatchewan was a very popular sport with many of the teams and team members playing in club volleyball leagues after the regular high school season was complete. "Creighton got to play two of the top teams in Saskatchewan high school athletics," Hall said. "The number one ranked team was Kelvington and the number two ranked team was Kinistino. We faced some amazing plays and skill levels. "Next year's team should be strong with six grade 12 players. Our goal is to advance to the provincials next year," said Hall. "We are also looking forward to some of the junior players advancing to the senior team. We have a strong development program here in Creighton."
