Submitted by John Hamilton The recent passing of Bill Maluta had many of us who played for Bill in 1962, and also on teams in the minor hockey league system in Flin Flon, reminising on how fortunate we were to have played for him. It also got us talking about how fortunate we were to have been raised in Flin Flon. In addition to our parents, there was always someone there keep us in line, showing us how to hold a bat, how to shoot a puck etc., and to never quit. In addition to my parents (Chuck and Eileen) some that come to mind are: Earl and Bonnie Garinger, Ray and Lila Kinsley, Don and Muriel Burnett, Cal and Flo Berry, Roy Mitchel, Clarence and Audrey Merrell, Lilian and Walt Genovy, Don Davies, Carson Macado and others.
