Students always seem to be excited for Christmas break - until it gets here. The first couple of days are fine, but then they run out of things to do. The Town of CreightonÕs Recreation Department, Creighton Community School and the City of Flin Flon came up with a few ideas to get the students outside and have some fun. The activities started Wednesday with scrub hockey at the Sportex and bowling at Pin Heads. Thursday had the team at the Sportex for a free public skate and another scrub hockey game. And Friday everyone made their way to the Ski Chalet for a sledding party. Aside from the Christmas break, the groups come together for spring break as well as the Bust the Winter Blues Fest and other activities throughout the year.
