Kelly Carrington Staff Writer Team Canada had been on a warpath once again as they took on the United States in the semifinals on Monday night. Beating out Team Switzerland 4-1 last Sunday afternoon, the Canadians moved to Monday night's game with ease. Previous to Monday's game, the Canadian junior team had played four games Ð with three wins and one overtime loss. Team Canada sat in third place Ð behind the Americans and the first-place Team Sweden. Taking up the fourth place in the standings as Team Russia. As of press time, the semifinal games had not been played. Please watch The Reminder for further coverage of the finals. Team Canada hopes to continue their medal success with another one this year.
