The Brandon Wheat Kings (pictured) claimed top spot at the Midget Provincials held earlier this month at the Whitney Forum. The Wheat Kings overtook the Steinbach Millers 4-0 in the finals, for the Gold. Flin Flon, the host city, lost out in the Consolation Final to Portage La Prairie. The Bronze medal went to Swan River, who defeated Thompson.
