The Flin Flon Bombers have sent blueliner Dallen Hall packing in exchange for a forward from the Fort McMurray Oil Barons. As a rookie last year, Parker Evans-Campbell had a solid season with eight goals and 17 assists in 55 games. Hall is off to the Drayton Valley Thunder. 'The Bombers feel as though they could make a deal where the moved a blueliner for a forward as they have several key returnees on defense slated to come back and a decent crop coming in,' read an article on the SJHL's website. The Bombers also recently picked up Tyler Kauk of the Beardy's Blackhawks. The Bombers aren't the only team moving players as they prepare for the upcoming season. Plenty of trades have been completed over the summer months. The Melville Millionaires have been busy as they acquired goaltender Isaiah Plett from the Winnipeg Blues for future considerations as they traded off Alex Elliott for Adam Danyluk from the Drumheller Dragons. Former OCN Blizzard Brody Constant made his way to Melville for the upcoming season with future considerations the bargaining chip in the deal. The Weyburn Red Wings have sent Jean-Philippe Boucher to the Quebec Jr A league for future considerations while the Battleford North Stars traded off Brandon Long to the Thunder for future considerations. The North Stars picked up Luke Lee-Knight and Robin Carlson form the Lloydminster Bobcats for future considerations. Following suit, the team added Nick Fountain from the NoJHL for future considerations. The Estevan Bruins have an open-ended deal for future considerations with the Calgary Canucks as they sent Brett Dumaine packing. The Bruins picked up Ben Johnstone from the Nipawin Hawks. Another in-league trade was between the La Ronge Ice Wolves and the Estevan Bruins as Brayden Atkinson will dress as an Ice Wolf for future considerations going to the Bruins. Estevan also picked up Matt Gibney from the Camrose Kodiaks for future considerations. Looking outside the province, the Ice Wolves picked up Jaret Smith from the Kemptville 73s of the CCHL while Melfort acquired Tyrenn Bauer from the Selkirk Steelers for goaltender Patrick Johnson. The Kindersley Klippers saw some action as well as they welcomed Sean Naish from the Cumberland Grads of the CCHL for future considerations.
