The Flin Flon Bombers served the Kindersley Klippers a heaping slice of humble pie Saturday night with a 5-0 shutout win.

Flin Flon has not lost a game since the holiday season, going a perfect 4-0 since the break. Zac Robidoux was perfect in the Flin Flon net, saving all 18 shots he faced. The win gives Robidoux four shutouts on the season and nine as a Bomber, the most for a Bomber netminder since the team joined the SJHL.

By contrast, Kindersley starter Nick Trenciansky was chased from the Klipper net after giving up three goals on 13 shots. His replacement, Justen Close, managed only slightly better, making 20 saves on 22 shots.

Dondre Watson had a three-point night for Flin Flon, including two goals. Since going more than two months without scoring a goal earlier this year, Watson has exploded as of late, scoring seven goals in his past nine games. Nate Hooper, Eric Sinclair and Kristian St. Onge each lit the lamp for Flin Flon.

Two Bombers, Mason Etter and Jordan McCausland, were ejected for fighting during a chippy third period. Klippers Josh Fletcher and Mason Fischer were also ejected. Klippers coach Geoff Grimwood was assessed a bench minor in the third period. The Klippers lead the league in team penalty minutes, having 1250 total PIMs after Saturday's game.

The Bombers increased their lead in the Sherwood Division to 11 points with the win, giving them 54 points on the season. The loss sends the Klippers into second-last place in the league with 33 points.

Flin Flon will be in action again next weekend with a pair of games at the Whitney Forum. The Bombers take on the Yorkton Terriers on Jan. 13, then face the Notre Dame Hounds on Jan. 14.
