Days following the end of the Flin Flon Bombers' 2008-2009 playoff run, the coaching staff went back to work this week, announcing their spring camp for the 2009-2010 season on May 8 through to the 10 in Saskatoon. "This is where the real season starts," said Bomber head coach and GM Mike Reagan. "We're very excited to take a hard look at all of the young talent out there. "If you don't get a head start, you fall behind quickly in the recruiting process." The camp, set to take place at the Jemini Arena, is open to all Bomber prospects born in 1991, 1992, and 1993. With the bitter taste of an early playoff exit still lingering in the mouths of many Flin Flon faithful, Reagan maintains the organization's work ethic will not falter over the course of the off-season. "We're working hard to bring in guys who share the right attitude and passion for the game of hockey, common in all Bombers who've worn the bursting "B" on their jerseys," said Reagan. "This camp will show us, the coaching staff, who's got what we need," he added.
