The Flin Flon Bombers are currently sitting at 1-1-1 for the month of October. Winning three of a possible four points, they are on their way to what could be a good month. It's a busy month though as the Maroon and White play a couple of double header weekends. First off, this coming weekend, the Kindersley Klippers are in town. They currently sit with two wins for this month, with their third game being played tonight in Humboldt. Next up, the Bombers will travel to Battlefords for a game Friday, October 16 Ð they currently sit with a win and an overtime loss. From there the Bombers will head to Humboldt to face the Broncos on the Saturday. They sit with a win and a loss to start off the month. The Maroon and White then play host to the Broncos on Wednesday, October 20. And then once again the Bombers will face off against the Bruins, this time in a double header weekend in the Whitney Forum. Estevan currently sits with one win Ð against the Bombers. After the double header weekend, the Bombers will travel to Nipawin to face the Hawks, who have played one game to date Ð a win. And finally, to end out the month of October, the Bombers will play host to the Notre Dame Hounds, who have one loss so far this month Ð against the Bombers. And the team's final game will be on the road against the Melfort Mustangs Ð who have a split record with one win and one loss.
