The Flin Flon Bombers moved up two places to sixth overall according to the SJHL Power Rankings. Here's how the rankings went (with the previous week's ranking in brackets): 1 (2) Kindersley Klippers (8-1-0-1) Cruising along right now with no regulation time losses in their last six. 2 (3) Yorkton Terriers (8-3-0-0) Defending champs help cool off La Ronge and are on a three game win streak. 3 (1) La Ronge Ice Wolves (7-4-0-0) Trip down south knocks them down a couple of pegs. 4 (6) Melfort Mustangs (6-5-0-0) Lots of grit, determination, and character on this club right now. 5 (4) Melville Millionaires (6-3-1-1) Schooled by Flin Flon last Tuesday, took La Ronge to school on Friday. 6 (8) Flin Flon Bombers (5-5-0-0) They split their four game road trip, but have to be disappointed after winning their first two. 7 (7) Humboldt Broncos (5-6-0-0) They say you are what your record says you are and the Broncos are exactly that right now. They play a lot of close games and win about half of them. 8 (11) Nipawin Hawks (4-6-0-1) Joe O'Brien takes over in goal. If he can solidify the position, the Hawks are going to keep climbing. 9 (9) Battlefords North Stars (4-8-0-0) Ryne Keller is a solid two way player, but the Stars need someone else to help out scoring as a few of their forwards are, officially, classified as being off to a slow start. 10 (5) Estevan Bruins (3-5-1-1) A season can't blow up in a week, but three straight losses is disheartening after being well rested from an 11 day break. 11 (12) Notre Dame Hounds (3-4-0-0) Nice to see Aulie and Schwartzenberger start to produce and the Hounds, in turn, get a couple of wins. 12 (10) Weyburn Red Wings (4-7-0-0) A nice rebound on the weekend after a horrible showing against Melfort on Thursday.
