The Flin Flon Bombers are inviting the ladies of the community to spend a classy and fun night out with friends. The Ninth Annual Ladies Night will take place Nov. 15 at the Flin Flon Community Hall. The ladies will enjoy a meal catered by Chicken Chef as well as entertainment and plenty of laughs. The Bomber players will help the evening along as they wait on tables _ in their suits and ties. The Ladies Night will feature supper followed by comedian Simon King as well as a cash bar. King comes highly recommended from the Winnipeg Comedy Festival. 'He'll make people laugh and think. He's very smart and funny,' said Karen Bettger, office manager for the Bombers. King comes to Flin Flon from Vancouver. Bettger says those who attend won't be disappointed. 'The hall is going to be transformed. People won't even recognize that it's the Flin Flon Community Hall,' she said. Bettger says Ladies Night is a 'classy event and a wonderful evening...to get dressed up and enjoy a night out with friends.' Ladies will also have the chance to win a few prizes. A pass to the Winnipeg Comedy Festival in April is up for grabs, as are other prizes. Tickets to Ladies Night must be purchased in advance and will be available until Nov. 14 for $55. Tickets can be purchased from the Flin Flon Bomber Office, located inside the Flin Flon Community Hall. Doors open at 6 p.m. at the R.H.
