The Flin Flon Bombers have acquired 1989 born forward David Lawrence (Calgary AB) from the La Ronge Ice Wolves in a three player trade. Lawrence scored eight goals and 16 assists in 51 games last season and is said to have tremendous upside going forward. He was selected to play in last yearÕs CJAHL Top Prospects Game and is also one of the fastest skaters in the SJHL. The Bombers also get the rights to 1989 forward Niko Tonello (North Bay ON), who dressed in 10 games with the Ice Wolves last year. 1991-born defense prospect Mitch Berg and future considerations go to the Ice Wolves. Berg is with the Saskatoon Contacts of the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League. In another move announced early Friday, Notre Dame traded 1989 D Andrew Bzdel (Bankend SK) to the MJHLÕs Swan Valley Stampeders for future considerations.
