Kelly Carrington Staff Writer The Flin Flon Bombers are down in the SJHL scoring race as home-towner Dillan McCombie is the first Maroon and Whiter to appear on the list. Sitting in the 11th position, as of Thursday, the forward has plenty of room to make up if he hopes to capture the title. Riley Storzuk follows McCombie in the race in 14th place with Cameron Blair (15), Brett Penner (16) and Dylan Balaski (18) close behind. Jesse Ross of the Weyburn Red Wings leads the SJHL Top Scorers list with 30 goals and 35 assists in 38 games, for a total of 65 points. First for the Bombers, McCombie sat with 23 goals and 21 assists 39 games for 44 points. Storzuk picked up 14 goals and 27 assists in 27 games for 41 points. 16 goals Heading into the weekend action, with a game against the Notre Dame Hounds, Blair sat with 15 goals and 25 assists in 39 games for 40 points. One spot below him, Penner had earned 16 goals and 23 assists in 38 games for 39 points. Rounding out the top 20 of the SJHL, in 18th place, Balaski saw 16 goals and 21 assists in 34 games for a total of 37 points. Following just below Ross, Battlefords North Star Blake Tatchell called second place of the standings home with 32 goals and 32 assists in 39 games _ good for 63 points. In third place, Dylan Smith of the Estevan Bruins was able to sneak in with the same points as Tatchell but 31 goals and 32 assists, in 41 games. The remaining top 10 rounded out as follows: 4. Andrew Johnston (Humboldt Broncos) 22 goals, 39 assists in 42 games for 61 points 5. Coltyn Sanderson (Weyburn Red Wings) 22 goals, 36 assists in 39 games for 58 points 6. Ian McNulty (Melville Millionaires) 21 goals, 35 assists in 38 games for 56 points 7. Keegan Bruce (Weyburn Red Wings) 19 goals, 34 assists in 40 games for 53 points 8. Calder Neufeld (Estevan Bruins) 26 goals, 22 assists in 37 games for 48 points 9. Braeden Johnson (Battlefords North Stars) 16 goals, 31 assists in 38 games for 47 points 10. Robbie Cioifi (Humboldt Broncos) 21 goals, 24 assists in 34 games for 45 points
