The Flin Flon Bombers devoured the OCN Blizzard 11-2 in a preseason game last Friday night. Hosting the Maroon and White for the Sept. 6 game, the Blizzard were quick to point to the inexperience of their lineup. 'Chalk it up to a learning experience for a rookie heavy Blizzard lineup in their first exhibition game of the season,' stated an article on the Blizzard's website. Friday marked OCN's first time on the ice for preseason, but the Bombers had already two games under their belts. Looking to their fourth game, the Bombers welcomed the Nipawin Hawks last night as a rematch from their first exhibition game of the season when the Hawks won 4-3. Watch The Reminder for further coverage and thoughts from head coach and GM Mike Reagan about Friday's game, last night's game, and the overall look of the squad as preseason nears an end.
