For the sixth consecutive season, the Flin Flon Bombers are at the top of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League when it comes to attendance. A total of 33,085 tickets were purchased in 2004/05, averaging 1,273 fans per game. That is slightly down from the 1,300 fans per game of 2003/04, but still well alead of the league average of 872. Eight of the League's 12 teams saw an increase in average attendance. The greatest increase was in Notre Dame, where they went from 209 fans per game in 2003/04 to 516 fans per game in 2004/05. The four teams to see a decrease in average attendance were Flin Flon, Battlefords, Humboldt and Melfort. The total attendance for all SJHL games this season was 278,341, including 6,212 who attended the September Showcase in Saskatoon. This year's average of 872 fans per game was up from 833 last year.
