The Flin Flon Bombers have moved up in the rankings from ninth place to fourth in Canada. That's according to the latest Canadian Junior Hockey League national rankings, released Monday morning. Head coach and GM Mike Reagan says while it's nice to be ranked so high, it is still early in the season. "It's nice, but we're not going to read too much into it," he said Tuesday afternoon. Following the Bombers' two wins last week, the team was named among the top five in Canada. But it wasn't solely decided upon based on the two games and the preseason. "We were given a high ranking because of last year's success," said Reagan. "I'm happy about winning the two games. It's a nice feather in the cap, but we're not looking too much into it." The Bombers and the Humboldt Broncos were the only two teams from the SJHL in the top 20 this week. Humboldt sits in 17th place.
