In the 06-07 season with a new coach, he established himself as a tough defensive forward with 154 PIM's and chipping in with 9 goals and 9 assists. This season, leading the Stars in scoring, he was traded early to Flin Flon who are competing for a playoff berth. He is enjoying both team and personal success with the Flin Flon Bombers.
