1. Do you have any siblings? I have three sisters and one brother. I'm the second youngest. 2. What is your favourite food? Lasagna. 3. What's the last book you read? Winter's Heart by Robert Jordan. 4. How was your off-season? It was all right. I spent most of it working in Lloydminster working as a carpenter. (He laughs afterwards.) I learned a lot of stuff. 5. What do you think of this year's rookies? I think they're really good and we're getting scoring from them. The guys on D are learning real quick. 6. Do you have personal goals this season? I just want to go to the RBC. 7. What are the chances? I think they're looking better and better everyday. (Mike) Nichol is a huge addition to our team. 8. What's your pre-game meal? Usually spaghetti. 9. What's one thing people would find interesting about you? I really like to go spear fishing. There are lots of good places back home. 10. What's the one thing you would like to do that you haven't? Probably just travel around the world. I'd really like to go to Venezuela and New Zealand. 11. What do you plan to do next year? I'm not sure. Probably go to school. 12. What would you like to study? Get a bachelor in science and go from there. 13. What happened to your scoring touch? I never had one. (He said jokingly.) 14. Why are you so good at penalty killing? I think a lot of it is attributed to Doug. He set up the system and Mike (McKinna) is a great guy to play with. 15. Is it tough to do? You have to work hard, but I don't think it's tough. I definitely enjoy penalty killing. 16. How did it feel to knock down Blake McCullough? I was actually surprised. I didn't know it was him until I looked down at the ice. It felt good. 17. Do you have any superstitions? No. Actually, now I get Woody (trainer Jeff Woods) to tape my sticks. Maybe he does a better tape job than me. Last few times he's taped it I've scored. He taped it in Humboldt too.
