The Flin Flon Bombers opened their preseason with an exhibition game against Swan River Monday. Hitting the road with what could be the majority of the Maroon and White team this year, the guys were eager to get on the ice and face another team. The hopeful Bombers haven't been playing together for long as the team's camp was only last weekend. They took the skills they already had plus a few of the tips they learned over the weekend and put themselves up against Swan River. The Stampeders were on their game and took the win 6-3 over the Bombers. Next, the Bombers will be hosting their first exhibition game tonight as the OCN Blizzard will be in town. From there, both the Bombers and the Blizzard will be on the road for a contest in Thompson.
