Flin Flon Bombers’ rookie defenceman Cory Thomas will briefly be away from the team this week to play in the Canadian Junior Hockey League Prospect Game on Jan. 26.
The event, being held in Surrey, B.C., brings together the CJHL’s top 40 NHL prospects.
