On Monday December 3, 2007 at the Birchview Scout Hall, an appreciation plaque was presented to Bill Jackson of Jackson Air Service for his donations to scouting. Over the years we have been going out to Jacksons and picking up bottles and cans, sorting them and cashing them in. With the money collected, we have bought craft supplies, had parties and done things we may not have been able to do otherwise. We have continued to pick up the bottles and cans from the new owners of Wings Over Kississing. At the end Mr. Jackson presented each of the Beavers with a badge, post card, T-shirt and lunch bag with the Jackson Air Service logo on them. He then presented Brent with with a framed picture of the ariel view of Jackson's Air Service to hang in the hall.
