The Creighton Archery Club is taking aim at a fundraiser this weekend. Registration for the club's 3D Fun Shoot gets underway Sunday at 9 a.m. at the Flin Flon Ski Lodge. For a fee, participants can brush up on their skills with the bow by taking aim at a variety of life-sized animal targets Ð elk, deer and caribou among them Ð set up along the nearby trail. The club will put the proceeds toward targets of its own, as those being used Sunday are rentals from The Pas. Organizers encourage participants of all ages to stop by for what is being billed as a fun family event. Food and beverages will be available at the concession.
