The Denare Beach Winter Festival was once again a hit. Over the weekend of February 19, residents from Denare Beach, Creighton and Flin Flon took part in activities such as human foosball, a poker derby, a weiner roast and the Musher's Social. Those at the social took in the music stylings of High Noon. Events such as the Poker Derby were well attended with 38 teams, while the Human Foosball Tournament only saw seven teams sign up Ð and two teams for the boot hockey tournament.
