The Yorkton Terriers won 4-2 over Portage on Tuesday night, as a tentative first step back into the Anavet Cup playdown. Yorkton then trailed Portage 2-1 in the series. The two teams battled again last night in Yorkton, with results not available at press time. Game five is set for tonight in Yorkton with games six and seven (if necessary) back at Portage April 30 and May 1. Jason Wagar picked up a hat-trick for Yorkton on Tuesday night. The home team lead 1-0 after the opening frame and 3-1 after the second period.
