Kelly Carrington Staff Writer The Montreal Alouettes took the 98th Grey Cup Sunday night as they defeated the Saskatchewan Roughriders 21-18. Playing in Edmonton Ð home of the Eskimos Ð Montreal got off to a quick start with an early touchdown and conversion. The Roughriders earned their first touchdown as an unlikely receiver Ð Marc Parenteau Ð caught the pass in the end zone. The Alouettes went on to win with another touchdown late in the game. Montreal claimed the Grey Cup for the second time in as many years. The last team to earn the cup back-to-back were the Toronto Argonauts in 1996 and 1997.
