Every curler's dream Ð an eight-ender Ð took place during the 10 a.m. draw of the Flin Flon/Creighton Masters Bonspiel last Saturday. Playing the seventh end with the score tied at 4-4 and already six rocks in the house, Munson had the hammer on sheet D against the Sochan rink. Sochan's first rock came up short, and Munson's first rock bit the 12'. Sochan's last rock was heavy to the left side of the 12', allowing Munson a free draw for the dream eight-ender. Pictured (left to right) the foursome of John Munson, Norman LeClerc, Merle Sproxton and Bert Graves. We will have the results from the Masters in The Reminder next week.
