The Ê24th Annual Flin Flon Open Darts Championships was a class event, held the weekend of April 22-24 at the Legion. The local dart club can be well pleased with the accolades they received on the weekend from the more than 50 players who took part in this year's events. The players did not disappoint either, with more than 30 180s hit over the weekend and the #1 and #2 ranked players in the Men's Singles meeting in the final. Two former Flin Flon residents, Luke Jackson and Shane Perry, won the Men's Doubles with another former resident, Karen Gudbranson, winning the Ladies Singles event.
