If you know a young Saskatchewan resident who's been making a positive difference, the Saskatchewan Weekly Newspapers Association wants to hear from you. The SWNA is looking for nominees for its 28th annual Junior Citizen of the Year Awards. Nominees must be between the ages of eight and 18, and should meet these criteria: have a positive lifestyle are dedicated to their community and school have a strong sense of caring and responsibility have the ability to overcome life's challenges inspire others Four winners will be selected for the award, which includes a bursary donated by SaskPower. Nomination forms are available online at www.swna.com or by calling 1-800-661-7962. The deadline to nominate a youth for the award will be Friday, April 30.
