Are you a teen between the ages of 11 and 18 and looking to make sense of it all? You know, life?

Flin Flon Alliance Church is offering Youth Alpha to help find out what it all means. What is the purpose of life? What are we actually here to do?

It all can be so overwhelming at times that young people feel like they need something or someone to turn to. Any youth interested in learning more is invited to take part in Youth Alpha.

The program is offering the Youth Alpha Film Series, a series of interactive sessions exploring the Christian faith. The 12-episode series is designed to engage young people in conversations about faith and life and how it all comes together.

The program runs Thursdays for nine weeks starting tomorrow, Oct. 15, at 7 pm. The sessions are held at the Alliance Church and there is no cost. Alpha is for anyone, no matter what background, religion or viewpoint.

Evenings start with a game and a snack, followed by a short film. After the film, groups will work on relationship building and there will be time for discussion.

It’s a great opportunity to meet new youth, create new friendships and learn about this thing called life.

For more information or to register for the Film Series, contact youth leaders by calling Boni at 204-687-3376 or calling or texting Kayla at 204-271-5357.

Youth Alpha also has a Facebook page. Find it by searching Youth Alpha – Flin Flon.
