Northern Manitoba’s lone Progressive Conservative MLA says his government’s Yes! North initiative will develop economic opportunities and create quality jobs in the region.
Thompson MLA Kelly Bindle made the comments in a press release last week.
“Our Progressive Conservative team is committed to making Manitoba the most improved province in Canada through better services, a stronger economy, with a brighter future for all Manitobans,” he said. “This includes a brighter future for the North.”
Yes! North was created following a consultation process conducted by the PC caucus that involved discussions with entrepreneurs, industry representatives, mayors and First Nations chief as well as other Manitobans who live, work or spend time in northern Manitoba.
