Winnipeg's Doug Foster is the big winner of a 2004 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail from the Flin Flon Motorcycle Association. Foster won the prize, valued at $30,000, when his name was drawn at the association's Biker Social held Saturday night at the Creighton Sportex. Paul Garrett, club president, was again pleased with the response to the popular draw, noting that all 2,000 tickets sold out. The association raised approximately $10,000 from the draw, money which will be split between the Children's Wish Foundation and motorcycle safety programs. Winning the second price of $500 was local resident Scott Madarash.2/6/04
