Ruth Betts Community School has had a visitor the past two weeks. A Flin Flon Fire Dept. training dummy has sat in the library, with students invited to submit their ideas as to what he should be named. Posing with the dummy are (back, l-r) school mentor Jordan Bolton, secretary Melody Borschewski, librarian Kate Pauley, teacher Amber Kubat and mentor Rikki Oulette; and Fire Chief Jim Petrie. The dummy will be at McIsaac for the next two weeks. His name will be chosen through a random draw of all submissions. The student whose name is chosen will get a prize from the fire dept.
