Both Flin Flon and Creighton have recently been experiencing an outbreak of vandalism throughout the summer months. This vandalism has occurred all across the towns. The cost of these acts of vandalism has been substantial both to the community, private residences as well as businesses. In response to these incidents, the local RCMP have increased their patrols, both vehicular and on foot. Early on the morning of July 22, four subjects were located on the roof of McIsaac School Ecole McIsaac. Three adults and one youth were charged under the Petty Trespass Act. With the public's continued assistance in calling in suspicious behaviour, hopefully the vandalism will be put to rest.
