Updated: Police thank public after missing woman found

A Neso Lake woman who went missing has been located safe and sound, Cranberry Portage RCMP report. Cynthia Bjornson, 52, was reported missing last Wednesday, June 29, with police and her family concerned for her wellbeing.

Cynthia Bjornson, 52, was reported missing last Wednesday, June 29, with police and her family concerned for her wellbeing.

Several media outlets, including The Reminder’s website, reported on her disappearance. At the time, police believed she may have been in the Flin Flon area.

RCMP reported that Bjornson had been located safe and sound two days later, on Friday, July 1. They thanked the public and the media for their assistance.
