Four members of UCN's Faculty of Arts and Science were scheduled to showcase recently published books and new poetry this week. John Butler, Keith Hyde, Sue Matheson and Carolyn Creed were to read from their works at The Pas campus on Wednesday. Dan Smith, dean of the Faculty of Arts and Science at UCN, welcomed the opportunity to introduce the work of his faculty members to the public. 'The publication of these books reflect the significant strengths in UCN's Faculty of Arts and Science, and are a concrete reflection of the creative and interesting work that is done right here in northern Manitoba,' he said. _ Compiled from a UCN news release
