Jonathon Naylor Editor Two members of the Flin Flon School Board are in the running to join the executive of Manitoba's leading educational lobbying group. The board has nominated trustees Angela Simpson and Murray Skeavington to serve as director of Region 4 _ northern Manitoba _ with the Manitoba School Boards Association. The position, currently held by Vaughn Wadelius of Kelsey School Division in The Pas, will come open at MAST's annual convention in Winnipeg this March. MAST consists of school boards from across the province. The group aims to improve education and lobby the provincial government for changes it deems necessary. Trustee Simpson, the board's longest-serving trustee, previously held the director's position for Region 4. Trustee Skeavington has not done so.
