Two adults and a minor face charges after allegedly forcing their way into a Denare Beach residence and drunkenly assaulting the homeowner.
Creighton RCMP have charged a male adult, a female adult and a female youth following the incident last Saturday morning, Feb. 13, on Spruce Street.
Cst. Jason Collen said there were no serious injuries. The incident was not random, he said, having stemmed from a prior argument between some of the parties.
Police said the suspects forced their way into the home against the will of the homeowner before starting a fight with the individual.
Each of the suspects has been charged with unlawfully being in a dwelling, and breaking, entering and committing assault.
They have been released on conditions that include no contact with the victim. They are scheduled to appear in court in Creighton on April 12.
