Two individuals have been arrested after Thompson RCMP officers executed a search warrant in a hotel on March 10.
Officers seized approximately three pounds of marijuana, three and a half grams of cocaine, cell phones, scales and a significant amount of cash.
Gregory Dick, 46, of Thompson has been charged with possession of marijuana for the purpose of Trafficking, possession of proceeds of crime, possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and two counts of breach of probation.
Shayla Kitchekeesik, 21, of Thompson, has also been charged with possession of marihuana for the purpose of trafficking, possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and two counts of breach of recognizance.
Both suspects have been released pending their next court date on Friday, Mar. 27 in Thompson.
