Flin Flon RCMP are reminding residents to ensure their homes and businesses are secure after a break-in on Main Street last week. Last Thursday, one or more persons broke into a business/residence on Main Street and made off with a DVD-VCR and a small amount of cash. Police did not disclose the name of the business/residence. RCMP ask that residents ensure that all their windows are locked, pointing out that thieves often target ground-level windows. Police encourage anyone with information relative to last week's break-in to contact them at 687-7488 or Manitoba Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS). Cst. Bryan Bowskill and Cst. James Munro are handling the investigation.
