Flin Flon high school students scored higher than the provincial average on all standardized tests written during the last school year. The Flin Flon School Division's 2003-04 year end report, released last week, shows the students earned an average of three per cent higher in math and English tests written by all Manitoba secondary students. In four of the five categories, Flin Flon students passed the tests at a rate higher than the provincial average. Here is a breakdown of the high school tests as well as those written by grades 3 and 6 students. In brackets are the provincial figures.
