Kelly Carrington Staff Writer The Yorkton Terriers and La Ronge Ice Wolves were tied at two wins apiece head ing into Friday's crucial game five in the battle for the Credit Union Cup. The Terriers came back from a 4-3 overtime loss to the Ice Wolves last Tuesday night. Wednesday night, the Terriers earned their second win of the series with a 4-3 victory to tie the series. Game five was set for Friday night, with the sixth game going last night. Both games were played after The Reminder went to press. If needed, the Terriers and Ice Wolves will play the final game of the series tomorrow. The winner of the Credit Union Cup will advance to challenge the winner of the Turnbull Cup in the MJHL. Heading into the series, the Terriers were undefeated in playoff action. The Ice Wolves opened the series on fire as they claimed the first win with a 5-2 victory. The Terriers came back the next night and shut out the Ice Wolves 2-0 to tie the series. Next came the overtime loss for the Terriers and then a win.11/4/11
