Submitted by Habitat 53 Chapter A coffee house is being held this Saturday, Oct. 13 to support the Habitat 53 Chapter of Habitat for Humanity in Flin Flon Creighton, Denare Beach in their goal of building a home for purchase by a low-income working family. The Chapter's Kathy McCormick says along with coffee, tea, draws and death by chocolate and other deserts, they will feature a variety of local entertainment. That includes Chad Pabianek, Ron Burwash, Julian Kolt, Brent and Susan Lethbridge, Kevin Imrie, Faith Krahn, Elfried Reimer, Roger LeBlanc and a speaker Father Paul Bringleson. The coffee house is being held in the Creighton Community Hall starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are available at the Alpine Inn, Di's Confectionary, Northern Rainbows End and at the door. Anyone willing to donate a desert can call Kathy at 687-6582.
